The Albert Gersten Pavilion, located at the Loyola Marymount University, is a 120,000 square foot collegiate sports facility, which houses a gymnasium and various other ancillary sports related functions. The project was originally over budget by $4 million until our firm was retained to redesign the structure and coordinate the new construction method.
