The local school district and the City of Glendale jointly developed this elementary school, shared public library, and adjacent park. We worked closely with the architect to fashion cost-effective structural systems that were integral to the architectural design, including exposed structure in the library interior. Concrete tilt-up walls and prefabricated steel roof trusses were used to economically develop the adjacent gymnasium.
