Belmont Village Assisted Living Community of Rancho Palos Verdes is a 3-story stucco building consisting of 114 one to three bedroom units with a dementia unit included as part of the facility. Parking is accommodated at grade on-site. The building construction is slab on grade, structural steel with metal decking, tile mansard roof and plaster.
The project experienced significant rain delays during the first few months of construction, however to mitigate the rain delay, construction was sequenced so that the second and third floors were completed before the first floor began.
