Claremont Manor is a coordinated care retirement community. This addition to the existing operation included:

• 15 one-story cottage units,
• a two-story, 14 unit independent living building
• a two-story, 18 unit assisted living lodge
• separate garages for 15 cars
• a 30 bed OSHPD approved skilled nursing facility.

The structural challenge of this project was to retrofit the buildings for added units and to allow the current operations to continue with minimal interference from construction.
