Throughout the project, we worked carefully with the architect to design and detail the exposed steel structure that helps define its architectural character. We successfully completed the construction documents for regulatory review under a rapid schedule to help obtain needed government funding. A tight budget and stringent structural safety demands complicated the design of the nursing tower and the conversion of adjacent buildings into patient care areas.
