The Wilshire Comstock is a 21-story, 270-foot concrete structure consisting of post-tensioned concrete slabs supported by reinforced concrete columns. The residential tower will be skinned with precast concrete panels and glass. The luxury condominium is braced against lateral forces with special concrete moment frames using high strength concrete in excess of 10,000 psi in compressive strength.
