The Courtyard by Marriott is a 6-story, 314-room hotel built in turn of the century urban neo-classical style with Mission and West Coast Colonial elements. Situated in the old town urban landscape of Pasadena, the interiors for the lobby, lounge, and restaurant recall the craftsman style developed in Pasadena early in the 10th century by Greene and Greene. Our firm utilized post-tension construction for the design of this hotel where repetition and stacked rooms aided in the success of the project.
