The Metropolitan, a 14-story apartment tower containing 243 residential units, is complete with a health club and retail space. A recreational plaza with pool and gardens is the top level of an adjacent 4-level subterranean parking structure. Post-tension structural slab with concrete ductile frames provided a cost-efficient structural system while also providing for panoramic views at the exterior along the central corridor.
