This luxury resort hotel was designed to blend in with the natural setting of a desert landscape. This 3-story, 250 room structure is constructed of a one way concrete slab bearing on six inch concrete masonry transverse walls coupled with six inch staggered corridor walls. This enhances the high quality construction dictated by the client. Included in the project was a 50,000 square foot back of house, and a 160,000 square foot below grade parking area.
