The development of twin 40-story residential towers is currently under way for the 404-unit Allure Las Vegas, a high-rise condominium project at the northwest corner of West Sahara and Fairfield avenues, one block west of Las Vegas Boulevard.
The project will include amenities such as a business center, conference/dining facility, and workout/spa area. 36 cabana units will surround a pool complex with landscaped gardens on six floors above street level.
