Our firm provided the structural design for the renovation of the Hotel Paso Del Norte. The project is a renovation of an historic 1912 hotel and the addition of a new 17-story tower covering an entire city block. The tower is a concrete jumpformed core, with a post-tensioned flat plate slab system which houses additional guest rooms and convention facilities, complimenting the existing El Paso Convention Center adjacent to the Hotel.
