The Hyde Park Branch Library is a 10,800 square foot, one-story structure featuring a unique sloping wall and folded facade. The structural framing consists of light gage metal stud roof joist with plywood diaphragm. The lateral resisting system consists of metal stud shear wall with plywood sheathing.
