Our firm performed a peer review for the $30 million seismic rehabilitation of the existing 1929, 216,000 square foot library on the University of California, Los Angeles’ campus as well as the review of the design of additional new space behind the five level, concrete and unreinforced masonry library. Generation of design criteria, review of analytical computer amalyses, plan review comments, and meetings with the design team to resolve backcheck issues.
