BUDDY SYSTEM
In an effort to make your transition period as easy as possible, we have a "buddy system". A Project Engineer or Project Draftsperson is assigned as your "buddy" when you begin your employment to help orient you to the firm and answer any questions you may have during your first few weeks of employment.

MENTORING PROGRAM
Shortly after, you and your supervisor will identify an individual in the firm whom you wish to have mentor you. Our program has been formulated to develop interpersonal relationships that promote the community through the attainment of individual professional and personal goals.
