The Trillium combines two 17-story office towers, a 15-story hotel, a retail galleria, a full service health spa/tennis club with 12 championship size courts above a six-level parking structure, and a 2,000 seat tennis stadium. The retail galleria connects the office block and the hotel allowing this mixed-use project to serve occupants and visitors 24-hours a day.
