Burlingame Shores is an office park with a 4 five-story office buildings. The complex is built on bay mud in Coyote Pointe, just south of the San Francisco airport. Portions of the penthouse level have 22'-0" high ceilings with full height window walls overlooking the San Francisco Bay.
The lateral system for these buildings consists of braced frames in the core and minimal moment frames along the perimeter of its structure. The total steel tonnage for the sturcture was approximately 11psf.
