Two tones of banded brick surround a highly atriculated facade for Central Park at Toluca Lake. The office tower is supported with an efficient and economical on metal stud connection to the concrete on metal deck composite floor system. The office portion makes up only 2% of the Plaza Level with 72% serving as a Park which is supported by a structural steel framing system. Despite two v-shaped reveals per building face, 4 cantilever corners at each floor, brick
facade, extensively landscaped park at the Plaza Level, the resulting design of the structural system was an economical 13 pounds per square foot.
