This 7-story, 750,000 square foot office building was a cleverly conceived design which utilized the precast exterior cladding as “stay-in-place” formwork for the exterior beams and columns. All the precast were site cast, and closely coordinated with the contractor to minimize cost. The building core is a slipformed concrete shearwall, which was built ahead of the rest of the structure to allow the elevator installation to proceed prior to building completion. The 7-story, detached parking structure included a beautifully designed central atrium and courtyard.
