The structural design system and construction method utilized in this 27-story, 391,000 square foot highrise office building in West Los Angeles sets it apart from many. The structural design system administered saved the owner over $2 million in time and material by building the project 100’ underground and 250’ above ground simultaneously. This was the first slurry wall method of construction in the West Coast.
