The Pointe is a new 1,200,000 square foot development located in Burbank, California. It consists of a 14-story office building (478,000 SF GBA) over three levels of subterranean parking (566,000 SF GBA). The ground floor has an elaborately landscaped plaza deck extending over the entire subterranean parking (154,000 SF GBA).

The structural system is comprised of structural steel gravity load framing. A dual lateral system consisting of steel moment frames and eccentric braced frames was used to provide the most efficient structural system, reducing the overall steel tonnage to 12.5 pounds per square foot. The project was designed to be LEED Certified.
