This aptly named project consists of a 2 acre artificial lake and tree filled landscape park over a 3 level, 3,500 car garage. A total of eight 6-story office buildings with 2-story atrium lobbies, completed in two phases, surround this lake thus creating a relaxing environment for its tenants. Expansion joints were eliminated, and reinforcing bars spaced closer together, minimized the potential for leakage from the lake. The 3,400,000 square foot complex was designed with a combination of structural materials which helped to create a cost efficient and buildable project.
