Wateridge II is a four-story office building with an additional garden level - ½ floor.  Eccentric braced frames (EBFs) are used to resist seismic loads resulting in an approximate steel weight for the building of 10 psf.  The Architect integrated the EBFs into the design of the façade, enhancing the building’s aesthetics.
