This structure, located at the major westside intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Bundy Avenue, is a 250’ x 115’ trapezoid extending 15 floors above a subterranean parking structure. The 250,000 square foot office building extends above the 5 1/2 level, 230,000 square foot underground parking structure. The lower levels, 50 feet below the water table, are supported on 2 mat foundations. Over 700 vertical anchors were used to equalize the hydrostatic uplift loads and to minimize the structural mat.
