The Huntington Beach Promenade consists of office and commercial spaces combined with a five-level parking structure for 850 cars. The complex is located in downtown Huntington Beach, California one block from the pier. Its location generates significant foot traffic and heavy demand for parking which the structure successfully accomplishes. Due to its prominent location in the downtown area, the City set strict requirements upon the project. Upon completion, our experience allowed us to meet the requirements as well as develop a cost saving solution to a complex parking problem.
