Our firm provided the seismic engineering to strengthen the existing theater building as well as the addition of a balcony level with 2 feature stairs leading to the balcony for the historic Egyptian Theater. Included in the renovation was the addition of a sunken screening room with a curved acoustical panel ceiling, an elevated seating area and retention of the existing historical plaster interior walls and ceiling.
