The House of Blues is a three-story entertainment center that incorporates a unique movable bar and movable stage with varying finish floor elevations allowing for improved viewing. In addition, the bar at the second floor level rotates to allow viewing either as a restaurant/dance hall or alternatively as a concert hall. A unique feature of the structure is the exterior grade change from the third floor level to the first floor level.
