Originally constructed in 1929, this facility was in need of a face-lift. Plans for this facility contemplated the complete demolition and re-building of this structure except for the original façade. This solution required the installation of new concrete piles as well as the com-plete rebuilding of the bleacher structure.
U.S. Pacific Construction, Inc. (Contractor) asked our company to evaluate the feasibility of repairing the original structure. Using the latest techniques in concrete repairs, the original bleacher structure and façade were restored to “near original” condition. Without complete demolition of the bleacher structure, the original “wood” pile foundation was retained .
