The E-2 Building is a 35,500-square-foot building addition to the Edwards Lifesciences campus. The structure is a 4-story steel frame office building with exterior precast walls at the first floor and glass curtain walls at the upper stories. There are full height mechanical louver roof screens on the roof and penthouse structures over the stair and elevators with an interior open landscape courtyard area at Level 3. Office, laboratory and cafeteria/dining functions can be found on the ground level with additional office space occupying floors 2 through 4.
