Los Angeles, CA | 7 stories | 160,000 sq ft
The Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Office Building is a 7-story, 160,000-square-foot office building with doctors offices, an outpatient surgery center and imaging center. Our structural system utilized a lateral load-resisting system consisting of special steel moment frames with SSDA Slotted Web frame beam connections and deep frame columns of W30x shape. Structural steel framing was used for the gravity structural system and a combination of concrete precast panels and curtain walls for the façade of the building.
