Construction has started by Layton Construction on The Now on Sunset – a 3-story mixed use office building with a roof terrace over 4 levels of subterranean parking designed by Mithun. The development boasts a 20’ x 60’ billboard display which is integrated into the building façade.

Englekirk joined DFH Architects & McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. last week for the 80,000-square-foot Skechers office expansion topping out in Manhattan Beach. The project is expected to be complete April 2021.
