The first high-rise in LA’s Arts District, the Alloy, is a 35-story tower, consisting of residential, office, and retail. The current focal point to the historic area’s skyline is tailored towards artists and makers, with 475 specially designed residential units incorporating live / work studio space. The creative office portion of the tower is within 5 stories and 105,000 square feet including column-free floorplates for unobstructed collaboration within the workspace. The development incorporates the urban landscape with 55,000 square feet of open space for retail, outdoor seating, and a performance stage for various resident and the community programming.
