The Belmont Village Assisted Living Community of Encino is a 3-story steel structure over a concrete podium at the street level plus 1 concrete level of subterranean parking. The seismic bracing system for the superstructure consists of steel eccentrically braced frames with the concrete podium braced by the perimeter concrete basement walls. The steel floor is of composite construction and the concrete floor is reinforced with mild steel. The exterior wall consists of light gage metal stud framing with steel windows and stucco finishes.
