Following the damage endured from the 1994 Northridge earthquake, this 1972 concrete building was used to house the physical sciences. After sitting vacant for almost 20 years, the building is now home to the University’s administrative and student services group. Our services included completing the seismic, fire / life safety and building systems replacements including but not limited to achieving the current Title 24 upgrades.
