Hollywood, CA | 3 stories |49,000 sq ft

Once housing the Citizen-News, the fourth largest paper in the city, the 1930s Art Deco building on Wilcox and Selma in Hollywood will take on a new life as “flexible event space” and restaurants with outdoor dining areas. The historic-cultural landmark boasts geometric exterior motifs, decorative metal elements, hanging pendant-style light fixtures, and intricate metal staircase railings – all of which will be preserved in the adaptive reuse of the property.
