The Phase 1 of 2 for Crossroads Hollywood, a high-rise hotel and condominium complex, in Hollywood boasts 1.4 million square feet of residential, hospitality, and retail space. The development includes 950 condominium units, a 308-key hotel, 95,000 square feet of office and 185,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. The combination of multiple high-rise and low-rise structures hope to bring a “transit-oriented pedestrian-enhancing development” to the Hollywood area.
