Replacing the likes of the few remaining surface parking lots in downtown rises a 34-story residential tower addition to South Park in Downtown Los Angeles. The 548,000-square-foot structure provides 526 units to the city’s bustling urban growth. A retail component is part of the 6,200-square-foot amenities services for the residents.

Our structural solution utilized Performance Based Design which results in a better performance of the structure during a major earthquake, while at the same time producing a more cost effective product.
