Our previous structural design work of 42-foot clear spans of structure at the Hollywood Park Racetrack and the Cary Grant Pavilion in Inglewood has transformed to a new mixed-use development dubbed Hollywood Park. The 300-acre development around SoFi Stadium includes 890,000 square feet of retail space in combination with offices, hospitality, residential and entertainment space. A Cinepolis movie theater will be a main tenant as well as a mixture of large and small, national and local tenants for residents and tourists to enjoy. Englekirk was responsible for the retail portion of Hollywood Park only. It encompasses 518,725 square feet of the open-air retail structures with 91,335 square feet of 2nd floor retail space.
