John Wayne Airport Structures and Terminal Roadways

Santa Ana, CA | eleven 4-level structures / 8,400 spaces

This project features the design of eleven parking structures for 8,400 cars and the terminal roadway which serves the parking structures and terminal. The parking structures feature precast concrete exterior panels with a cost-efficient post tensioned beam and slab construction. Ductile moment concrete frames were utilized for a more open and secure parking environment. The design included the addition of future levels for expansion and was completed within the stipulated budget to deliver to the County of Orange.
