The Caroline Severance Manor is located in the Mid Wilshire/Koreatown neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles and is an 86-unit supportive housing and family property developed in partnership with the California Community Foundation Land Trust and the First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles. The structure consists of 4- and 5-story wood-framed apartment buildings on a concrete podium over two levels of subterranean parking. The mixed-use development is aimed at providing support to the community by providing a licensed childcare center and supportive housing for homeless individuals and families living with severe mental illness.
