Utilizing the Performance Based Design approach for the curvilinear shaped tower, the 716,740-square-foot development includes 37,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity deck featuring pools and a rooftop garden along 25,000 square feet of ground floor retail and restaurant space. Designed concurrently with the Purple Line extension, our close coordination with Metro and the geotechnical engineer will realize Mirabel to closely follow the completion of the Wilshire / La Brea Station.
