The 6-story parking structure provides 450 spaces to accommodate the Nickelodeon Animation Studio’s employees who work in the adjacent 5-story office building. We collaborated with the geotechnical engineer to explore options to accommodate the design and construction challenges of the foundation due to the subsurface conditions at the project site for the 162,750-square-foot structure.
