Reconstruction of the historic, Factory Building include a hotel addition and other renovations to the existing building. The now mixed-used development consists of a 9-story, 123-key hotel, design showroom, and retail space in 270,854 square feet. A new 7-story office tower in 73,855 square feet and 10,000 square feet of event center space was also added. These additions and other renovations were made to the existing spa, restaurant, fitness center, and Studio One club. The complex also includes 3 levels of subterranean parking for 526 cars.
