The SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union Headquarters is a 3-story, 180,000-square-foot facility that relocates their Santa Ana operations to the city of Tustin. The structure surrounds a central courtyard to promote a seamless transition from indoor to out as an extension of the workplace. Utilizing a series of exterior glazing allows for daylight to fill the interior space while also maximizing energy efficiency.

The corporate headquarters enables SchoolsFirst to add roughly 750 employees to its current Tustin-based workforce with a state-of-the-art facility “To create collaborative, flexible, and healthy workspaces that foster a culture of inclusivity and transparency, and inspire knowledge sharing among the team members.”
