The St. Regis Deer Valley Resort is a 650,000-square-foot,11-story hotel with an adjacent 7-story condominium tower located in Deer Valley, Utah. The resort is situated on two parcels of land connected by a dual-car funicular rail tram. The hotel and residences are uphill from the ski resort. Snow design was critical in the development of the steel roof design.
