The Covington

The Covington is a continuing care retirement community spread over 9 acres of rolling hills. The facility is a 4-story, 154-unit independent living building over 2 stories of parking; a 2-story, 30-unit assisted living building; a 24-bed OSHPD approved skilled nursing facility; and twenty-four 1-story cottage units.

Our structural solution had to meet the demands of designing foundations for expansive soils as well as a site that varied from 75 feet of fill to bedrock at the surface.
