The Steven S. Koblik Education and Visitor Center is a welcome addition to the educational and research institution The Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens. The Library is home to an extensive collection of rare books and manuscripts, including a Gutenberg Bible. The Center development totals 144,000 square feet in two 1-story buildings and includes the remodel of the entry area with a new garden court, arrival and ticketing, lecture hall and classrooms, cafe and retail store and an increase of underground storage capacity for historical materials which is connected by a 4,000-square-foot underground personnel/utility tunnel.
