Located on the corner of South Santa Fe Avenue and Seventh Street, The Rendon revitalizes Downtown Los Angeles’ every evolving Art’s District with a 15-story, 100-room hotel connecting to an existing 3-story, 1914 structure. The historic structure will be retrofitted with a new fourth floor amenity deck above the existing structure that ties the two buildings together. An additional amenity deck at the rooftop of the hotel will feature striking views of the Los Angeles skyline.
