Los Angeles, CA | 6 stories | 98,000 sq ft

The Edie and Lew Wasserman Building is a 100,000-square-foot facility with six levels above grade over a larger partial subterranean level. The multi-purpose medical facility houses the Jules Stein Eye Institute on the three lower floors, the Institute of Urologic Oncology on the third floor and the Global Neurosurgery Center on the top floors. The facility boasts clean lines in the white terracotta and pale oak finishes that frame the floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to fill the spacious rooms that reveal stunning views of the campus.
