The Type 5, sheathed in stucco, student housing provides 976 beds with ancillary support functions including a community center and multipurpose buildings. A 730-space structured parking garage is located beneath 2/3 of the housing which is grouped around a series of courtyards thematically landscaped with examples of the beautiful and bountiful plants native to this part of the state.
