University of Hawaii Dole Street Parking

Originally conceived as a design-build project, this 276-stall parking structure was finally executed as a design-bid project as an all precast structure. An 8-month construction schedule completed the structure within budget for occupancy at the start of the new school year. This project serves as a model for future stand-alone parking structures at the University of Hawaii.
